Faculty member appointed to national association

Fanshawe faculty member, Ted Burt, Coordinator of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology programs was recently appointed as a representative on a subcommittee of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). The CSA is responsible for developing standards for the Canadian Electrical Code and helps people understand electrical standards through education, information products and services.  

Ted will be working with other professionals in his field throughout the country and will have the opportunity to contribute to the future direction of portions of the Canadian Electrical Code. He will be listed in the future publication of the code by name and as employed by Fanshawe College. There are a limited number of people offered this opportunity Canada-wide.
