Fanshawe First Nations Centre Celebrates Student Success

The Fanshawe First Nations Centre will hold an exciting celebration on March 28, 2012 and everyone is welcome!

The Year-End Social Gathering celebrates the success of Aboriginal students at Fanshawe. This free annual event features elders' teachings in the morning (registration is now closed for the elders' sessions), followed by student award presentations and a free lunch.

At noon, MC Myeengun Henry will preside as Naahii and the Oneida Longhouse Singers provide the beat for the pow wow and longhouse dancers, dressed in colourful regalia.

Aboriginal craft vendors and information booths will also be available.

Social events
