Governor-Elect - Administrative Staff Rep to the Board of Governors

I am pleased to announce that Corinne Campbell has been acclaimed as the Administrative Staff Rep to the Board of Governors for the term September 1, 2010 to August 31, 2013. Corinne will be replacing Chris Fliesser.

Corinne has been with the College since 1989, and is currently the Manager, Purchasing and Accounts Payable, responsible for the management of Fanshawe's procurement functions, as well as the Fitness 101 Health Club and the Fowler Kennedy Student Health Clinic. She has also worked in Continuing Education as an Administrative Support Coordinator and Program Manager, and as an Accountant in Accounting Services/Payroll.

Prior to joining Fanshawe College, Corinne served in various accounting roles at Coldspring Farms, Westcoast Transmission, and the Music Library at Talbot College, The University of Western Ontario.

Subsequent to graduating from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree, Corinne has earned a Certified Management Accountant designation, as well as a Certificate in Human Resources Management, and a Certificate in Teaching Training.

Corinne currently sits on a number of local and provincial committees, including Vice-President of the Fanshawe Administrative Staff Association, Past Chair of the Ontario College Purchasing Management Association, and member of the College Liaison and Collaborative Procurement Committee of the Ontario University Purchasing Management Association.

In her spare time, Corinne enjoys travelling to destinations with a historical emphasis, and renovating their century-old farm house with her husband.
