Cutting-Edge Technology for Early Problem Detection

Using leading-edge technologies and equipment, we are able to offer prototyping and testing capabilities to help you discover problems early in the design cycle, which help prevent potential field issues. We create realistic, custom test protocols based on the application, to better predict product behaviour more so than traditional “test to failure” protocols. We review designs based on test results and offer areas for product improvement to ensure product quality.

PERFORMANCE TESTING

  • Assess short term and long term product performance.
  • Validate your product to field conditions, which may not be reflected in a product validation specification, through the creation of custom test protocols.
  • Determine impending product failures during their service life; e.g., using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis as an indication of product degradation.
  • Validate product limits to predict field performance and to better predict the end of product life.
  • Analyze why your product “passed” or “failed”. We’ll work with you to determine the root cause of a test failure, detail under what conditions the product failed, and then develop solutions to remedy any product shortcomings.
