In partnership with the Business + Higher Education Roundtable (BHER), Fanshawe Corporate Training Solutions (CTS) is excited to announce a series of Green Tech Summits that will generate Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities for Canadian students in green technology.

Seven WIL program streams have been developed. They will focus on two topics: batteries for electric vehicles (EVs) and high-efficiency windows that insulate against temperature, humidity and noise. The Summits will complement a series of micro-placements to round out the WIL program streams. View additional information about BHER’s WIL initiatives.

The Summits emphasize the integration of green technology and sustainability in the EV and construction industries. In an era where environmental sustainability is vital, understanding energy-efficient practices and green solutions is critical for these rapidly evolving markets.

These events also aim to foster relationships between students, local employers, industry organizations and Fanshawe community groups dedicated to sustainability. Enhancing student's real-world experience and career prospects in the green tech sector.
