Through this partnership, Fanshawe College presents a customized solution that facilitates a meaningful connection between local businesses and job seekers within the community. Our primary objective is to empower job seekers to secure lasting employment opportunities while aiding employers in discovering the ideal candidates to meet their workforce demands.
Employer Services
Community Employment Services (CES) provides services in Middlesex, Elgin County and Simcoe at no cost to you. We work with local employers who are interested in recruiting or hiring in the area.
- Attract and recruit employees with the skills you need
- Arrange staffing interviews and job fairs
- Refer clients pre-screened to meet your requirements
- Assess candidate abilities/skills with our Job Trial option
- Access potential training incentives to offset onboarding costs
- Explain tax credits and grants available to employers who offer apprenticeships
- Assess eligibility for Canada Ontario Job Grants to offset the cost of training new and existing employees
