A personal emergency plan (PEP) is recommended if you answer "yes" to any of the following questions:

Do you have a full time personal assistant?  
Do you have a service animal?  
Do you have a hearing, speech or language disability that would limit the use of a phone to verbally report an emergency?  
Do you have a disability that would limit you hearing audible alarm signals or oral instructions?  
Do you use a wheelchair and/or any other device to aid your mobility?  
Do you require assistance or device to use stairs safely to evacuate a building in an emergency?  
Do you require assistance to follow building exit signage?  

If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, please contact Counselling and Accessibility Services (students) or your manager (employees) to start the process.
