Learning Outcomes: 1. Explain the key policies and legislation relevant to child care centers in Ontario and their impact on the industry. 2. Evaluate the application of provincial policies and legislation in the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of child care centers. 3. Interpret and navigate complex legal and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and quality in childcare services. 4. Develop strategies to effectively communicate and advocate for necessary policy changes within the child care sector. 5. Analyze case studies to understand the ethical implications of policy decisions in early childhood education. 6.
