Overview
Welding Basics
This hands on interactive course covers welding safety, torch cutting, grinding, brazing, gas metal arc welding (GMAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) and oxy fuel welding. This course is designed for people who would like to learn basic welding and welding career requirements and opportunities. Students will be given opportunity to practice welding and cutting. CSA approved work boots are mandatory.
