Overview

Creating Inclusive Cultures in Workplace

In this final course in the Inclusive Leadership Practices Certificate program, the focus will be on going deeper into topics introduced in the first two courses and broadening the scope of our inquiry. Lessons will contain case studies and readings that illustrate barriers to inclusion in current and well-known workplaces. Students will be asked to think critically about inclusive leadership in the context of barriers and work on projects with practical applications in the workplace. The course finishes with students creating Inclusive Leadership Statements which represent their personal "takeaway" from the program and a commitment to inclusion moving forward into their careers.
