Overview
Communications-College Prep
Grade 12 College equivalent. This course incorporates literacy, critical thinking, and communication skills. Students will research, study, and analyze informational texts. Writing assignments will cover summaries, reflection assignments, and research essays. During the media component, students will study the relationship among different media forms, audiences, and the media industry practices. Communication skills will also be assessed through visual and oral presentations.
