Criminal Law Legal Office Administration

This course is designed to create a better understanding of the criminal justice system. Students will discuss the basic fundamentals of Criminal Law. It is intended as an introductory course on criminal law for those students with little or no background in the subject matter. The changing demands of modern society create the need to understand the criminal process from the commission of a crime to the time punishment is imposed. This course is offered through OntarioLearn by the host college, Durham college.
