ISO Quality Standards
This online course provides an overview of quality management systems. Students will learn about ISO quality system standards that are widely used in business today. The course covers: Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Total Quality Management (TQM), the ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements and their interpretation, auditing best practices and how to prepare for and conduct an internal audit of a quality management system against the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
