Maintenance Work Management
Module 6 - Maintenance Work Management Effective Work Management ensures that the right maintenance work is done on the correct assets, at the right time, using the right resources and the right tools. This module provides a study of the fundamental principles of the work management process in addition to the basics of planning, scheduling and work coordination methods. Upon completion of this module, participants will have a sound understanding of work management processes, practices and tools, and how to effectively apply them to achieve the goals of improving reliability while minimizing interruptions to production processes and/ or services. Topics include: proper prioritization of identified work; effective use of resources; aligning maintenance activities with production or service schedules; integrating proactive maintenance tactics; developing and documenting maintenance strategies; and integrating proactive maintenance tactics.
