Office Technology & Procedures
This course helps the student acquire practical and transferable office administration skills, attitudes, behaviours and knowledge which are valuable in obtaining and retaining careers in todays fast-changing office environment. These skills can be applied to any office situation, ranging from a multinational corporation to a home-based enterprise. Topics covered include time management, conflict resolution, workplace ethics, workplace technology and telecommunications, handling mail, managing records, customer service, meeting and event planning, business travel and telework.
