Photography 1 Intro

Examines the fundamentals of Photography using a Digital Single Lens Reflex Camera (DSLR). This includes design and composition, aperture, shutter speed and exposure. Bring a DSLR camera with its Memory Card (also the camera manual) to all classes.This introductory level course is structured to provide a balance between technical instruction and demonstrations, out-of-class shooting assignments, photographic digital darkroom practices, discussion of ideas and concepts. A critical analysis of student's work and its connection to the subject of photography will be ongoing.
