Paying for College

The Financial Aid and Student Awards Office provides financial support and advice to help students fund their college education through government and donor funding, and to recognize student excellence. We are here to assist with the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP), scholarships, grants, and bursaries as well as the Work Study program. Financial planning, including budget advising, is also available.

We get it – student life can add up! From the cost of tuition and books to expenses like food and housing, post-secondary education can get expensive. We also know finding a way to finance it can be an important part of deciding where and when you go to school.

Entrance Scholarships

Entrance award, scholarship and bursary opportunities are offered to students who have recently graduated from high school and are entering their first year of studies at Fanshawe College.

OSAP & Student Loans

The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is a financial aid program that can make it easier for students to attend college. OSAP is open to Ontario residents of any age who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons.
