Wines of Ontario Intro

An introduction to the wines of Ontario, topics include: vineyard conditions, V.Q.A. wine regions, how to choose wines as well as match with food, tasting tips and wines for your health. You will get to experience some great wines that will help you gain an appreciation for sensory evaluations. This course includes the test for the Wine Council of Ontario's (WCO) Certification. Great intro course for anyone with an interest in wine and/or working with wine. Students must be 19 years of age.
