Community Leadership
Are leaders born or made? The answer is: leaders are born AND made. This course will develop business and community leadership skills. Focus will be on the essential skill of strategic thinking, and on increasing one's self-awareness and development as a leader. Participants will apply models for strategic decision-making and vision development to plan their own community project through collaborative learning and advice from local leaders keen to drive Norfolk's progressive future. Interested participants should come prepared with an idea of a community project they wish to develop.
