Virtual Onboarding

Managers will learn how to onboard new hires virtually in a way that fosters engagement, two-way communication, knowledge of the corporate culture, and adherence to the organization's mission, vision and values. Learning Outcomes: 1. Learners will be able to describe and list various virtual onboarding, software, tools and techniques. 2. Learners will identify advantages and disadvantages of various virtual onboarding software, tools and techniques. 3. Learners will experience the process of using various virtual onboarding, software, tools and techniques. Total class hours - 4.
