PREP Training/Practice

1 hour Training / Practice Session - Day, Evening and Weekend times available. Looking for a career in policing? The Physical Readiness Evaluation for Police (PREP) is a Bonafide occupational fitness test that is used as part of the Constable Selection System by many police services in Ontario. This training session will allow the participant to learn techniques and receive training tips in preparation for the PREP test. Participants will have an opportunity to work on specific test components with the option of attempting the entire PREP. A certificate of results will not be issued. Participants are required to fill out a health questionnaire. Medical clearance may be required. The PREP may be maximal intensity for some individuals.
