RT Patient Assessment Essentials - Micro-credential

RT Patient Assessment Essentials will provide Respiratory Therapists with the knowledge needed to properly assess all patient populations and to be prepared to intervene as needed. This micro-credential is intended for learners who want to refresh their knowledge to transition roles or enter the profession after a period away. Learners will review patient assessment tools including vital signs, chest assessment, CXR, ABG, ECG, PFT data etc. as per the National Competency Framework for Respiratory Therapists in Canada. Given the nature of the content, participants should be prepared for an accelerated pace in this online micro-credential. Learning Outcomes: 1.
